As with all forums, we need rules. Sorry guys.

1. Mind your manners. Please use good manners.
2. Be nice. Don't be jerks and say bad things and all that.
3. NO VULGAR LANGUAGE!!!!! You MAY however, say these: crap, damn, damn it, damn you, hell, piss, pissing, pissed, & bastard. Ass and shit are ONLY, I mean ONLY to be used on occassion.
4. NO YAOI, YURI, OR HENTAI!!!! (for those who don't know, it's basically gay anime, lesbian anime, and porn anime).
5. NO SPAMMERS ALLOWED!!!! You may post up to 3 posts at a time but NO MORE AFTER THAT!!!! You can ALWAYS use the modify button to modify your posts and threads. Also NO spamming or making weird and off topic posts.
6. NO ANIMAL, ANIME, OR MANGA HATERS ALLOWED!!! If you hate them, then don't bother joining the site. I won't have people bashing them.
7. I have ZERO, I repeat ZERO tolerance for ANYONE who are bashers, racists, and prejudiced. You may NOT, I repeat may NOT say ANYTHING bad about ANYONE of different race, colour, gender, ethnicity, heritage, country, nationality, sexuality, etc. Also I have ZERO tolerance on abuse and cruel treatment of animals and humans alike. NONE of this is allowed EVER in this forum. In other words NO personal attacks on other individuals. Also I have ZERO tolerance on anti fans. If you have problems with anime, manga, celeberties, famous people, shows, characters, etc then don't even bother joining the site.
8. Please do NOT post useless posts and threads all over the forum. I consider this spam so do NOT do it.
9. Do not crosspost (post the same message in more than one forum) and please check before creating a new topic that it doesn’t already exists elsewhere on the forum.
10. Because some skins have the same color as many of the text colours, do NOT change the font color in your posts or threads because other members will not be able to read them. There's NO need to change the font colour cuz the one you have is FINE.
11. If you have any problems with ANYONE, please tell the staff members and we will deal with the problem. Do NOT start a flame war or forum war.
12. For RPGs, Fanfics, Fanart, OVAs, and AMVs, like rule number 3, 4, 6, and 7 say: NO VULGAR LANGUAGE, NO YAOI, YURI OR HENTAI, AND NO BASHING, RACISIM, PREJUDICE, OR ABUSE OF ANY KIND AT ALL!!!!!! In other words NO violent, obscenely gross, or offensive images.
13. Because some members' native tongue is NOT English, do NOT bash them or be racist or be pissed cuz they can't speak English correctly like you can. Not everyone can speak English as well as you can.
14. Do NOT provide private or personal information which might identify you or another user, UNLESS you know this person in real life or you are close friends with that person and you absolutely trust them. Do NOT keep asking someone for their personal information if they are refusing to do so.
15. No slanderous, defamatory, threatening, or harassing comments. And NO threatening or harrasing anyone AT ALL!!!
16. Respect other peoples opinons. Respect one another, that means opinions, hobbies, or likes/dislikes. If there is a quarrel, please contact a mod and let them handle it, dont make a public fight.
17. You are NOT allowed to discuss about racism, religion and politics - It's strictly forbidden to discuss about them. Those types of topic are the cause of feud and fighting on the forum, so we avoid that.
18. Do NOT steal - There are some unique contents on the forum, which aren't found anywhere, so please don't take those contents, features, ideas and similar stuff and put them on your site. This goes to ALL RPGs, Fanfics, Fanart, AMVs, etc.
19. NO INNAPROPRIATE LINKS, RPGS, FANFICS, FANART, AMVS, ETC ALLOWED!!!!! Be careful not to post any offensive images. That would instantly get you banned.
20. Do not post about and/or link to illegal media. Meaning mostly links to bootleg anime, illegally hosted episodes, but including mp3 trading too. You can certainly talk about the media itself (music, anime etc.), but you may not ask or answer any questions about illegally obtaining them. Remember that you can use email for discussions that is not tolerated here. Any breach of that rule could get you banned.
21. Stay on topic. Please refrain from dithering to out-of-topic discussions and pointless arguments. Remember everybody will be able to view your messages, so keep private matters private (you can use Private Messages for that if you wish).
22. No large or offensive images and no wide/heavy off-site Avatars OR signatures!!! Regarding Avatars, you can either take your pick in the image bank available in your Profile or use your own Avatar pic. In that case, please crop the image to fit the forum's dimensions: 100 pix wide max. x 100 pix high max.
23. Keep an open-mind at ALL times and think BEFORE you post. Unfriendly behaviour such as flaming, threatening, or insulting on this forum could get you banned.
24. Dead or inactive topics that are older than a month will be either deleted or locked. BUT if you would rather the thread stay open, please give me a reason for leaving it alone. Don't worry, I'll accept as long as you're willing to keep the thread alive but NO spamming just to keep it alive or I WILL lock and delete the thread.
25. For those who aren't familiar with proboards sites, what you do when you sign up check your email and there should be a link there to activate your account.
26. The shout box can only handle 60 posts per hour due to it being free. If I do the paid one, then I have to pay for it but I don't have the money for it nor the time to do it. Of course this doesn't mean you can't post, but just don't spam. We don't have to worry about the limit as long as not everyone's on and chatting. If it's just a few posts per hour it will be fine. When the limit does happen though, there's an hour waiting period before posting again but only when we're all on talking and stuff.

Other Rules (along with further explanitions on rules already mentioned above):

First of all, you must be over 13 to post here.

The following actions strictly forbidden on this board:
-profanity, vulgarity, or explicit content For example:
> "masking" by using alternative characters/spellings and spaces to get around profanity filters, leet-speak, and combinations of words that produce an offensive result (e.g. ura hugeazz, Tow El Head)
> "filter testing" discussion of or in-character enactments of "cybering" or sexually explicit material

-discussion of or in-character enactments of graphic violence or bloodletting

-hate speech (e.g. racial, ethnic, sexist, homophobic and religious slurs)

-promotion of or engaging in certain illegal activities, For example: drugs, drug paraphernalia, rape or solicitation of a minor, computer hacking, and copyright violation

-harassment of another specific person (e.g. persistent flaming or continued personal attacks on the boards or \"in-character harassment\" without prior out-of-character permission.)

-trolling or baiting by putting to the screen inflammatory statements designed to elicit a negative response from the community

-spamming through repeated posts, or off-topic content by word or intent to boards or lists (e.g. scrolling, flooding, polling, or by \"bumping\" a boards post more than once in 48 hours)

-advertising or promoting a business or commercial site

-talks about the whereabouts of illegal things (emulators and ROMs).

-You are allowed to have signatures, but please don't go overboard with them. The total size of all images and text in your signature should be no more than 250 pixels high and 550 pixels wide. Also, no single picture in your signature should be more than 300KB in file size.

Exceptions:

1. Only first name, age, and Initials of full name are allowed.
2. It is alright to make a disagreement as long as it doesn't turn into a full fledge argument. Then I will give a warning. But you are entitled to defend your own opinion.

ALL rules apply to BOTH the site AND the shout box. Please follow ALL the rules.

The consequences of breaking ANY of these rules are as follows:

1st Offense - a fair warning. You ONLY get ONE warning!!!!
2nd Offense - you are suspended for a certain period of time depending on what you did.
3rd Offense - You are PERMANENTLY banned from the site. NO SECOND CHANCES AFTER YOUR 3RD OFFENSE!!!!!!

For Number 7, cuz I have ZERO tolerance for that, you are automatically banned unless you agree to not do that EVER again. If you agree to NOT do that again, I'll suspend you instead. BUT if you screw up AGAIN then you WILL be banned PERMANENTLY.

Should you find something that you believe to be incorrect or should be removed from the forums, please PM ANY of the staff members and we'll take care of it for you.

If you follow these rules then I'm sure everyone can have fun and make good friends here. Enjoy your stay!
